The DropBox is now available for streaming on Netflix and you should watch it!
This is the film summary:
The Drop Box documentary tells the true story of South Korean pastor Lee Jong-rak and his heroic efforts to embrace and protect abandoned children. It is a story about the forgotten, the disabled, the discarded, and the man who gives everything to protect them.
If you didn’t catch it while it was in theaters, you can watch it now if you’re a Netflix subscriber. I sat down to watch it last week and enjoyed it immensely. I was encouraged by the faith of Pastor Lee, his motivations for having the baby box and adopting so many of these abandoned children. It’s well worth your time so go ahead and put it on your List to watch soon.
You can also pick up a copy of the book written by director Brian Ivie and Ted Kluck about Brian’s experience filming the movie. Or purchase the DVD to own.
On a related note, if you haven’t heard about Brian Ivie’s experience while making the movie we had him on DRTV last year and you can catch the interview here. It’s also encouraging and we were blessed to have him on the show:
